With over 35 years in construction, Vito has founded and scaled multiple multimillion-dollar firms, managing 400+ employees across landmark projects like the Ritz-Carlton Naples, JW Marriott Marco Island, and RSW International Airport. He brings that depth of experience to every project Kaski takes on, from luxury residential to hospitality and infrastructure.
Keyvan Andres
Chief Financial Officer
Holds Florida's Certified Building Contractor License (CBC1269136) and leads Kaski's financial strategy from the ground up, having spent years as a field estimator across commercial, residential, and multifamily work before stepping into the CFO role. That firsthand experience sharpens his budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, keeping every project financially sound from first bid to final closeout.
John Pileski
Chief Operating Officer
John brings hands-on field leadership to every project Kaski takes on, with deep experience managing crews and coordinating multiple trades under the tightest possible timelines — including fast-paced hurricane restoration work, where schedule slippage isn't an option. He oversees execution from the ground up, keeping quality and safety standards intact even when the pressure is highest.
