Wellness and Fitness Center – Metal Framing, Drywall and Stucco

Kaski Construction completed the metal framing, drywall and stucco scopes for a new wellness and fitness center in Naples, Florida, in partnership with Curran Young Construction. This commercial project required careful coordination, accurate installation and high-quality finishes to create a modern, durable space designed for health, fitness and wellness services.

Our work began with the installation of the interior light-gauge metal framing systems. The framing scope included constructing interior walls, partitions, soffits, ceiling features and other architectural elements throughout the facility. Each component was laid out and installed according to the approved construction documents, providing a strong and accurate framework for the building’s interior spaces.

Following the framing installation, our team completed the commercial drywall scope throughout the wellness and fitness center. This included hanging gypsum board, finishing joints, treating corners and preparing wall and ceiling surfaces for paint and final finishes. Special attention was given to transitions, openings, lighting locations, mechanical systems and other areas requiring close coordination with surrounding trades.

Kaski Construction also performed the exterior stucco work, helping create a clean, durable and weather-resistant building envelope suited for Southwest Florida’s climate. Our team completed the necessary preparation, stucco application and finishing work to deliver a consistent exterior appearance that complemented the facility’s modern architectural design.

Wellness and fitness facilities require clean lines, durable materials and precise finishes to support both functionality and the overall customer experience. Throughout the project, our team worked closely with Curran Young Construction and the other trades to maintain coordination, address field conditions and keep the framing, drywall and stucco scopes progressing efficiently.
